The Ferox Collection’s founder is the mastermind behind the creative process and the heart of every one of our project’s genesis. We “romance” it’s initiation by helping our client discover their vision, define their style and vibe, and facilitate a raw and open dialog filled with humor and humility.
Our approach begins with understanding the core requirements, feeling out from our client what exactly will achieve utter happiness, what to avoid altogether, and how they aspire to be represented to their clients and guests through personalization of their company, family, or individual branding. We are sensitive to the essence of the project’s location and rich history, the established architecture, the market and competition, the future of the community, and our client’s functional necessities. We immerse ourselves in our client’s ideation, devising a magical nod to their brand’s tagline, a clever narrative, mood imagery, and plan layouts. Then we personally develop a comfortable and cohesive design echoing their individual taste through an unpredictable palette and furnishings selections, along with supportive drawings and renderings.
We are finely tuned in to the many layers of the creative process from the blank canvas to the grand finale. While working closely with our clients to meet their budget, we provide immense coordination with all necessary consultants, assure materials are joined appropriately and that lighting is ample and correct down to the chosen lightbulb, finalize detailed drawings and specifications documentation with all required information to build the job, review and triple check, advise in negotiations with contractors and vendors, and then actualize our client’s fantasy and intended outcome.
